Questions about your driver, answered.

Open the app or website and go to the Track section, choose the booking you want to change, tap Reschedule and pick a new date and time, then confirm. Note: you can’t reschedule once the driver is already on the way.

Go to Track → Support → Create ticket, give your current booking and the new package you’d like, and submit. Our support team switches it for you. Please avoid changing the package once the driver is on the way.

In the Track section, select the booking, tap Cancel and then Change Driver. You can’t change the driver once they’re already on the way to you.

Go to the Track section, choose the booking and tap Cancel Booking.

Zero cancellation fee if the driver hasn’t yet left for your booking. If they’ve already left home and are on the way, a ₹100 charge applies to compensate their time and travel.

Overtime applies when a trip runs beyond the time you booked, to fairly pay the driver for the extra time. The exact rate is shown in the “View Details” section when you place the booking.

Add your company details during booking on the checkout page, and your invoice will be raised with GST input.

Your invoice is available at the end of the trip under Track and in History — download it from there any time.

Every driver is screened with Aadhaar verification, driving-licence verification and a court-record check, plus at least three trusted references — and has a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
