1. Welcome & acceptance

Welcome to TATD (Trusted & Trained Driver). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Execution Force Private Limited (“TATD”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing or using the Application or Website, or by booking a driver through us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

  • TATD means Trusted & Trained Driver, a service operated by Execution Force Private Limited.
  • Application means the TATD mobile application for Android and iOS.
  • Website means www.tatd.in and its sub-domains.
  • Driver means a trained, background-verified driver facilitated through TATD to drive your vehicle.
  • Service means the short-term, on-demand professional-driver solutions made available through the Application and Website.
  • User (or “Customer”) means any person who registers for, books or uses the Service.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the vehicle to be driven is one you are lawfully entitled to provide.

4. The service

TATD provides short-term private driver solutions through the Application and Website. You can book a trained, verified driver to drive your own car — for one-way drops or round trips, and for local in-city or outstation travel, including highways and hill stations. We assign the nearest suitable driver and aim to have them reach your doorstep, typically within about 60 minutes of booking.

5. User obligations

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information when registering and when booking.
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Treat your Driver with courtesy and respect, and do not ask them to act unlawfully or unsafely.
  • Ensure the vehicle you provide is roadworthy, legally registered and validly insured, and that all vehicle documents are in order.
  • You acknowledge that the Driver operates your vehicle; your motor insurance and vehicle documentation remain your responsibility.

6. Bookings, fares & payment

  • Fares shown at booking are indicative. The final fare is confirmed at booking and may vary with distance, duration, waiting time and the city.
  • Overtime applies when a trip runs beyond the booked time, to fairly compensate the Driver; the applicable rate is shown in the booking details.
  • You can cancel free of charge before the Driver has been dispatched. Once the Driver has left for your booking, a cancellation charge of ₹100 applies to compensate their time and travel.
  • For business use, you can add your company details at checkout to receive a GST input invoice.
  • Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partner. TATD does not store your full card details.

7. Driver relationship

TATD facilitates access to trained, background-verified drivers; the Driver operates your vehicle on your instructions for the booked trip. The Service is a driver-on-hire facilitation — we do not provide the car, and the trip is performed in the vehicle you supply.

8. Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel a booking from the Track section of the Application or Website. Cancellations made before the Driver is dispatched are free; the ₹100 charge above applies once they are on the way. Eligible refunds are processed back to your original payment method through our payment partner, typically within a few business days.

9. Limitation of liability & Force Majeure

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TATD is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fare paid for the relevant booking. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, traffic, government action, network or payment-partner outages, or other force-majeure events.

10. Intellectual property

The TATD name, logo, Application, Website, content and software are the property of Execution Force Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

12. Modifications to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Application or Website. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.
