Distance & city
How far you travel and which city you’re in set the base of every fare — picked when you choose your city at booking.
Hours & shift
Hourly and subscription drives are priced on the time used, with a 2-hour minimum on hourly bookings — you pay only for the time you use.
Night allowance
Outstation and overnight trips add a driver night allowance, handled transparently and shown before you confirm.
Outstation & one-way
Highway, hill-station and one-way drops are priced differently from in-city round trips — choose the right service for the route.
Overtime
Overtime applies when a trip runs beyond the time you booked, to fairly pay the driver for the extra time. The exact rate is shown in the “View Details” section when you place the booking.
Cancellation
Zero cancellation fee if the driver hasn’t yet left for your booking. If they’ve already left home and are on the way, a ₹100 charge applies to compensate their time and travel.
